I don't think there's enough transparency about the product, it's not that safe when bristles come off the miswak and having an incomplete order for the first time is a disaster. The wrapping was too tight and no room to cut, because it had wide sticky tape on it.
Hi Violetta, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the concerns regarding the product transparency and packaging. Regarding the miswak, please stop using any stick that feels unusually hard or brittle, or if its fibres are breaking off excessively. A fresh miswak should become soft and brush-like when prepared correctly.
For safe use:
Rinse the miswak thoroughly.
If the tip feels dry or firm, soak it briefly in clean water to soften it.
Remove approximately 1 cm of bark from the tip.
Gently chew the exposed tip until soft bristles form—please do not bite or pull it forcefully.
Brush using light, gentle strokes without applying excessive pressure.
Rinse it after use and regularly trim away worn, loose or hardened fibres before preparing a fresh tip. Do let us know if you ha e questions or concern.

Overall, a great experience with Mustakshif! I initially gave a 1-star rating due to a small miscommunication, but they resolved everything smoothly. The Miswak is really fresh and good quality, and the complimentary jar of honey they sent as compensation is very tasty. Glad everything was sorted out!
